Substitute Direct Support Staff
ASH Inc. is hiring substitute direct support staff, agency wide. We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals to advocate and care for adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting.
Substitutes will be trained in all 3 group homes and have the opportunity to apply for permanent shifts as they become available. Competitive wages, health and dental insurance benefits for those who qualify. After the initial training period, hours of work per week and month may vary.
Employees are required to have a valid drivers license. Experience is not required. Must be 18 years of age, hold Oregon Driver’s License and have ability to pass DHS Criminal Records check. Must be available to work nights and weekends.
