Community Outreach Program

Ashland Supportive Housing’s Community Outreach Program was created to help our clients meet their daily needs in a manner that is comfortable and maintains their personal dignity.  The Community Outreach Program provides trained caregivers to adults with developmental disabilities who are living independently.  This program differs from our group-home programs. Our caregivers assist with a variety of daily activities which include:

• Meal planning
• Shopping
• Bathing
• House cleaning
• Paying bills

Our Community Outreach Program caregivers are held to the same standards of quality and service that we expect from the staff working in our group homes.
